CruiseSport Demo Car. In 2005 we decided to put to gether a Cruise Sport Demo Car. We decided we needed to do it on a budget, just like mosted people in the cruising scene and rather than chuck loads of money at it like most companys we would see what we could do with a budget. We did the norm and hit e-bay, and we found a couple of nice Nissan 200sx S13's and as the cruising scene was moving into drifting we thought why not go with the flow. After looking at some that were falling apart. In August we found this 1992 K Reg White 1.8ltr turbo S13 completly standard, with electric windows and mirrors and a sunroof. 6 months mot and 6 months tax. We took the 200sx as it was to Santa pod for Ultimate street car. Unfortunatly it was too busy to take it on the track, so we didn't get a chance to find out how quick it was. But this wasn't the only bad luck, One of the members of staff was driving her back to kent after the show, and the big ends in the engine gave up, they managed to limp it home. We spent a couple of months stripping the engine down to find the problem, and decided to get a new engine. So we had this fitted in the early part of 2006, once i could afford it. Now it was up and runnning again we decided it had seen better days so it needed a trip to the body shop, please check out the stages below to see how it got to how it is now. We took the 200sx along to the halfords Tonbridge open day which was part of the Cruise Sport Winter Tour. Theseguys are the people who built the Ripspeed 200sx drift demo car, and they happen to have a Skid Pan at the store for testing. So it wasn't long till we were out there trying out the new clutch.

The 200sx was running 9 sec 1/8th mile Tests at Modded uk on the Cruise Sport sprint strip until we let chris have ago. Then he killed the clutch. So stright back to e-bay and we now have a Exedy Clutch on its way ( £150.00 ) Paid by Copie Again.
